Primary Objective of Position: This summer internship position offers a hands-on learning experience for students looking to gain practical skills and industry knowledge in a professional environment.
Note: We a looking for multiple candidates for roles supporting Human Resources, Quality, Customer Experience, and Engineering (Industrial and Mechanical). If you have an interest in any of these areas and are local to the greater Elkhart County area, please apply on-line.
Key Areas of Responsibility
· Assist team members with daily operational tasks and projects
· Conduct research and compile data for various departmental initiatives
· Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation
· Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas
· Support the planning and execution of key projects
· Learn organizational processes and systems
· Complete a final presentation on accomplishments and learnings

Education & Experience
· Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program relevant to the position
· Completion of at least two years of undergraduate coursework
· Demonstrated interest in the field through coursework, projects, or previous experiences
· Basic knowledge of industry concepts and terminology
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software
· Previous volunteer or work experience demonstrating reliability and responsibility
· Relevant coursework or projects that demonstrate applicable skills
