We help students build bilingual fluency, problem solving, and critical thinking skills to apply their learning in real-world settings and any career path.


What You’ll Do: 

This is a one-year part-time internship position (30 hours per week) that supports data-centric tasks in both Operations and Evaluation & Research. This is an ideal position for a recent college graduate who is interested in building skills and knowledge within a mission-driven organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Evaluation and Research 

  • Support collection and analysis of product success data 
  • Support stakeholder survey process at all phases (build, clean data, preliminary analysis)
  • Create data displays for company use (internal) using dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau
  • Locate and organize external data sources for use in combination with internal data sources.

Operations

  • Support input of key program metrics into Salesforce
  • Support for language proficiency testing 
  • Support administrative tasks (assembling teacher kits, printing certificates, etc.)
  • Global Leaders course data support

Secondary (as available) Support Functions:

  • Update records as necessary in customer management system (Salesforce)
  • Support for Participate Learning events (graduation, arrival orientation, etc.)
  • Administrative platform migration support
Requirements

Key Competencies

  • Familiarity with Google Workplace Apps - particularly Google Sheets (including writing basic formulas, conditional formatting, etc.)
  • Willingness to learn/explore new tech platforms including, but not limited to Salesforce, Tableau, and Alchemer.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to do repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Evidence of system- and process-based thinking ability
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong critical thinking skills

Additional Skills:

  • Coursework and/or experience in: education research, qualitative/quantitative data analysis; survey design, program evaluation

Education and Experience:

  • Recent college graduates with a degree in Education, Human Development and Family Studies (HDFS), Organizational Leadership preferred. All majors are encouraged to apply!
