About the Opportunity:

This Summer Internship with Atlas Real Estate offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic intersection of Human Resources and Marketing within the real estate industry. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our Talent & Culture team  across various company engagement projects, digital marketing initiatives and HR administrative functions. This unpaid internship is designed for motivated college students seeking practical, hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment and looking to build a strong foundation in these critical business areas.

• Marketing & Digital Content Creation: 
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies, including content creation and scheduling.
  • Support SEO efforts through keyword research and content optimization.
  • Contribute to graphic design projects for marketing materials and online platforms.
  • Assist with website updates and basic web design tasks.
  • Help develop and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Implement website refresh initiatives.

• Human Resources Administrative Support: 
  • Assist with developing engaging and informative  professional skill-building content creation for target audiences
  • Maintain and audit employee records to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating HR-related meetings.
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks.

Time Commitment & Schedule:

• 15-20 Hours Per Week: This internship demands a consistent 15-20 hour weekly commitment.
• Flexible Scheduling: We offer flexible scheduling to work around your academic schedule.
• Designated Office Day: One designated office day per week is required.
• Provided Lunch & Collaboration: On your office day, enjoy complimentary lunch during workshops and collaborative check-in sessions with fellow interns.

Required Qualifications:

• Academic Enrollment: Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Industry Interest: Demonstrated interest in the real estate and property management sector.
• Communication & Teamwork: Excellent written and verbal communication, coupled with strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new software.
• Growth Mindset: Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
