We are looking for a Sales Intern to join our Phocuswright team. Phocuswright, the leading authority in travel industry research, is seeking a highly motivated intern to support our commercial team with key marketing, sales, and operational initiatives. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in commercial activities/positioning, sales support, prospecting, digital advertising, social media, media tracking, and process improvement while making a real impact.

The part-time internship will be based out of our New York City office. The internship is expected to last until approximately September 30, 2025, and a wage of $20 per hour will be offered. The days and hours are flexible. 

In this role, you will:

  • Support sales team with prospecting and sales enablement needs
  • Support the research subscription renewal process, including tracking and reporting on customer engagement
  • Assist in compiling reports to measure ad performance and business impact
  • Support social media initiatives, including content tracking and engagement analysis
  • Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Contribute to special projects that enhance Phocuswright’s visibility and engagement

Who You Are:

  • Strong communicator – clear, concise, and professional in both written and verbal communication
  • Fluent in Excel – comfortable with data analysis, formulas, and reporting
  • Tech-savvy – familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT and willing to adapt to new technologies
  • Curious and proactive – eager to learn, problem-solve, and take initiative
