Position: Retail Store – Customer Service Internship

Position Summary:
Celebrate and communicate the extraordinary role of Louisville Slugger in Baseball's past, present and future. The Customer Service Internship provides world-class service for all customers requesting assistance relating to orders processed over the phone, mail, email, or walk-ins. This is done through warmly greeting all guests, providing expedient service, & promptly answering any questions about the Louisville Slugger brand and/or the city of Louisville. In addition, this role is accountable for proper cash handling, exhibiting a professional attitude over over the phone or email, maintaining a clean and inviting store, and as well as stocking the store as needed.
This paid internship is scheduled to work 40 hours/week. Weekend and evening availability is required.
