POSITION SUMMARY
The Mission Properties and Infrastructure Department manages the planning and maintenance of all the Mission-related properties for Trinity Church Wall Street.
The Project Intern will work beside the Director, Design and Construction as well as the Director of Office Services on ongoing projects at both Trinity Church and St. Paul’s, as well as potential projects at the Trinity office building located at 76 Trinity Place.

Hours Per Week: 35 hours | Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) | Pay Rate: $20 an hour

To be considered you must be a student enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. The Internship will run from June 2nd - August 1st, 2025.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend planning, design and construction meetings
  • Take notes and follow up with management tasks as directed by their supervisor
  • Consider and research alternatives as relayed by their supervisor

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ACTIVITIES

  • Familiarity with planning, design and construction and nomenclature
  • Familiarity with space planning is a plus
  • Ability to read architectural plans and documents
  • Landscape architecture, architecture or construction management experience preferred but not required

REQUIRED AND PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CREDENTIALS

  • Graduate or Undergraduate student enrolled in a accredited university/college pursuing a degree in architecture, landscape architecture, construction management or real estate
  • Experience working in an office environment is a plus.
