RWC is building a cohort of interns for the Summer of 2025. This will be a challenging opportunity to build skills in your field and create connections with RWC and peers from other Universities. 

Position Summary: 

  • To provide robust systems that optimize the manufacturing and process engineering needs of the various plants in Cullman. 

Principal Responsibilities: 

  • 1. Use Statistical Methods to solve and Improve processes. 
  • 2. Simulate current process parameters for what-if scenario analysis
  • 3. Be involved in creating Lean/Sigma oriented work cells. 

Qualifications:  

Education: 

  • 2nd/3rd/4th year student pursuing a BSc/BEng in Industrial/Mechanical/Systems/Manufacturing Engineering or Engineering Technology 

Experience:  

  • Previous Engineering Internship
  • Project Management either in school or at Previous Internship
