Carillon Miami Wellness Resort offers an immersive J1 Trainee Program designed to provide hands-on experience in hospitality operations within a luxury resort setting.

Job Summary:
Join our J1 Trainee Program to gain comprehensive training across various departments/ roles of at our property for a one-year term.  This program is perfect for recent graduates in Tourism Management looking to develop professional skills and cultural awareness in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily resort operations
• Participate in structured training and seminars
• Engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Develop cross-cultural awareness and professional skills
• Collaborate with team members across various departments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management (awarded or expected by 08/31/2025)
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a new environment and work in a team
• No prior experience required
