Job Summary  

The Internet Sales Manager supports the sales staff by providing the education, tools, disciplines and live coaching to maximizes our online opportunities, as well as tracking online activity to determine areas of opportunity.  

Core Responsibilities  

- Review overnight leads and assign to sales staff for follow-up  

- Review all incoming internet leads with sales team and insure prompt replies with accurate and complete information 

- Train employees on the BDC process; provide live coaching when necessary 

- Handle overflow of phone calls, web leads and chats; constant presence for team 

- Complete online trade evaluations 

- Track accurate numbers for internet and phone leads 

- Monitor employee phone and lead handling performance metrics and provide accountability feedback to employees and GSM. 

  

Job Requirements  

- High school diploma or GED required  

- Previous sales experience preferred  

- Personable and customer focused 

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
