SUMMARY

Under the general supervision of the Manager of Financial Analysis and Planning, the Finance Internship will experience a rotation of experiences within the broader Finance and accounting department.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Assists with revenue and rate analysis, specifically, researching and analyzing competition data.
  • Will shadow and perform month-end close for a senior living property
  • Completes variance analysis and explanation
  • Assist with monthly reporting and analysis duties as required.
  • Assist with residency agreement updates
  • Evaluates Ad hoc analysis work on request, such as acquisition analysis, and pro-forma research for new projects and acquisitions.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a university Finance or Accounting program.
