Job Summary

Summary

The Enterprise Application and Integration Operations team supports many technical services at Mass General Brigham, including the Enterprise Data Service Provisioning (EDSP) process. The EDSP team oversees publishing, requesting and granting access to MGB web service APIs. The intern will play a key role in EDSP efforts to update API information catalogued in ServiceNow, and may contribute to other process improvements. The intern will receive ServiceNow training, and lead outreach to service providers in order to update the corresponding configuration items in ServiceNow. The role may also involve testing and documenting MGB APIs.

Essential Functions:
-Internship duties are based on department requirements and school course of study.

Schedule requirements:

• This internship will be June 2nd - August 8th 2025. Hours up to 40 hours/week
• M-F Hybrid role includes onsite at MGB local sites and Assembly Row.
• Remote Working days require stable, quiet, secure working area that is HIPAA compliant
• Onsite events are planned ahead, working days onsite weekly vary for department needs, must be flexible.


 

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required

  • Current College credits towards Computer Science/ IS degree required


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Must be reliable and punctual.

  • Good time management skills.

  • Strong oral communication skills.

  • Ability to take and follow direction.

  • Willingness to learn.
