Description

The intern will be reporting to the Director of Customer Success and working across Cryo-Digital Service platforms (Embryo Options and RI Witness). Embryo Options is a SaaS application designed to improve cryo billing collection rates and disposition management of gametes and embryos.

RI Witness is an electronic witnessing system that uses RFID to monitor and record all activity in the IVF laboratory. It helps avoid mismatches, improve efficiency, and provides quality control and traceability for fertility clinics. With this internship in our Customer Success team, it is the intention that Cooper Surgical can offer better support to patients and providers.  

Essential Functions

The intern will be aiding with the development on the following tasks/projects:

  • Assisting with tasks related to creating the onboarding process for RI Witness including: 
    • Assisting with platform configuration
    • Assisting with documenting process
    • Assisting with taking meeting notes
    • Assisting with executing on meeting follow-up tasks and documenting and sharing meeting notes
  • Assist with administrative tasks across the Customer Success CRM and Project management Tool (Client Success and Baton)
  • Assist with creating Wiki pages outlining business processes and product information
  • Create tech support tickets in Helpscout for bugs or issues with RI Witness and Embryo Options
  • Submitting data requests to the data team on behalf of the customer success team
  • Aid with creating and keeping customer help documentation organized
  • Assist with post-go live administrative support
  • Assist with prepping meeting decks

  • Intermediate skill in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Well organized with attention to detail and ability to carry out tasks independently.
  • Excellent project management, organizational and follow-through skill set
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor
  •  Current university student, majoring in Business & Marketing/Communications, Project Management, or Information Technology entering their Junior or Senior year.
  • Completed course work in technology, marketing, project management, or other related field.
