This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced working environment with Atmus Filtration Technologies, who successfully completed IPO in May 2023.

In this internship, the candidate will serve as a resource on projects and/or work assignments to the sales function. You may apply business process or project management skills to small well-defined projects. You may also provide administrative support to sales initiatives. You will get exposure to customers and learn about the markets in which Atmus participates. This is a great opportunity to learn about sales, customers and how to drive growth in a global B2B corporation. Candidates must be able to work full time, 40 hours a week at our corporate headquarters in Nashville, TN. 



Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities


•    Serves as a resource on sales projects and work assignments; employs basic knowledge of effective project management and general business understanding.
•    Participates in customer-facing interactions and maybe asked to engage in B2B sales activities.
•    Documents and shares sales team learnings and draws on education experiences to enhance success of assigned projects and work assignments.
•    Monitors and communicates project status to stakeholders.
 



Qualifications

Qualifications for Candidates  

  • Customer-facing experience – candidates must be eager to explore a future career in professional B2B sales which requires customer-facing interactions and an outgoing personality.
  • Responsiveness & Effective Communications – Exhibits responsiveness to sales team requests during working hours; capable of developing and delivering communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Adaptable Problem Solving – Able to work cross-functionally with Atmus team members to search out dispersed information requested by members of the sales team, frame that information in the proper context, and deliver to the sales team with actionable insight.
  • Active Listening Skills – Able to listen to customer feedback to interpret needs, followed by explaining/demonstrating how Atmus products, solutions, and services can meet those specific customer needs. 


Education

  • Must be currently enrolled in pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Sales or Marketing during the summer of 2025.
