Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Wonderful Scholar for a full-time 8-week summer internship. In this position, you will gain hands-on experience under the guidance of our talented professionals.

Human Resources Administration:

Come behind the scenes in Human Resources and work on projects related to HRIS, reporting, file management, leave management, benefits, policies, talent acquisition, and more.

This position will be based onsite (not remote) at Wonderful Citrus located in Delano, CA. This schedule for this internship is 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Days of the week and work hours may change due to business needs.

Qualifications

Here's what you'll bring to the table: 

  • Must be a current Wonderful Scholar
  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related
  • Must upload a resume, professional reference, and cover letter with your application.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum of beginner proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work autonomously
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour.
