 REVELxp will provide students the opportunity to gain challenging and meaningful work in events. Our team members will get hands-on experience with client interaction, guest service, and problem resolution, while applying organizational skills to planning, equipment, and logistics. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Event Execution: Assist in planning and supporting the execution of major events, including but not limited to tailgates, premium hospitality, and other sports-related activities.
  • Client Interaction: Attend client site visits, support event coordination, and ensure excellent customer service at every step.
  • Logistics and Planning: Help manage event logistics, such as equipment loading and unloading, organizing and maintaining inventory, and ensuring timely execution of event setups.
  • Warehouse Support: Assist in warehouse operations, including organization, equipment maintenance, and preparing inventory for transportation to event sites.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside team members and clients to ensure all event components are aligned, well communicated, and executed seamlessly.
  • Communication: Participate in weekly meetings to understand event progress, provide updates, and suggest improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passionate about sports, hospitality, and events
  • Strong teamwork mentality with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Prior event experience is a plus, but not required
