Job Summary:

As a People Team Intern, you will work with all functions within the broader People Team team to support key projects such as rewards & recognition, data management, employee engagement, recruiting, etc.  Applicants should have strong verbal and written communication skills with a background and/or interest in Human Resources, Organizational Development, etc. The successful applicant will enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.   Your 10-week long summer internship will be filled with opportunities for professional development, mentorship, the chance to apply coursework to real-world experiences, and some fun, too!

Essential Job Functions for the Internship will include:

  • Supporting employee engagement efforts with our annual survey and results
  • Recruiting efforts with sourcing, resume reviewing, etc.
  • Assisting with data management
  • Other duties as needed

Required Knowledge, Ability and Skills 

  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelors (as a rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior) or Master’s program
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Service oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel a plus

Work Schedule 

8:00am to 5:00pm local office time

Location

This is a fully remote position.

Duration

The internship will be 10 weeks long starting on June 2nd and ending August 8th.

Working Conditions

 Professional office environment. Working inside, sitting, standing. Will be assigned to a work station. No heavy lifting over 20 lbs.
