About the Internship Program
At Total Wine and More, summer internships are project based and designed to expose students to the broader retail environment and future career opportunities. The Store Support Center Summer Internship is a paid, 11-week structured program where interns complete meaningful work and contribute to Total Wine and More’s success.
Interns are partnered with a Mentor within their department to provide guidance and support as they navigate a corporate environment. Alongside work that supports business value, interns will develop interpersonal skills and be provided with a broad knowledge of the retail industry. Interns will close the summer by presenting out on their learnings to Total Wine & More leaders, their teams, and fellow interns.
Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join Total Wine for Summer 2025. This internship will be focused on production support and project management for marketing collateral. The intern will work cross-functionally with the Design, Promotions, and other Marketing teams in a deadline-driven environment to drive the creation, versioning, proofing and final quality assurance checks of marketing assets in support of Total Wine & More’s strategic goals. They will learn to creatively problem-solve and future-proof processes, timelines and tools for our rapidly evolving organization and retail landscape.
Potential Duties Include
- Develop project plans, schedules/timelines and marshal resources to complete marketing requests
- Monitor project progress across the team; assigning tasks/projects to members of the and monitor their performance
- Develop marketing assets utilizing internal software (Crosscap, Trello, Lytho) to build/track projects and traffic work between business partners
- Adhere to project timelines - manage schedules and resource plans, adjusting as needed

The non-exempt base for this position is $25.00. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and/or experience. *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
