Marketing Internship - Summer 2025

Trivantage is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Intern to join our team. This role combines strategic marketing with proactive sales development to drive business growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative and analytical skills, with a strong focus on lead generation, market research, and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive demand for products/services.
• Examine market research to identify new opportunities, analyze trends, and understand customer needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with in-house creative team and external agency partners to produce high-quality marketing materials and collateral.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.
• Monitor and report on lead generation process and new customer set-up, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer experience and customer retention

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Location:

• This intern would be expected to follow Glen Raven’s hybrid work location policy, currently 3/2 (on site Monday, Wednesday & Thursday; associate’s option Tuesday & Friday). These positions would be based on our corporate campus in Burlington, NC.

Duration:

• 10-12 weeks between May and August with opportunity for extension and/or earlier starting dates. We may have opportunities for students seeking to work part-time during the Spring 2025 semester in addition to over the summer.
