Job Summary: The International Administrative Support will assist the Manager of International Operations in coordinating daily operational tasks, supporting product development initiatives, and ensuring smooth communication between our teams and international partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Coordination: Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers in China and Southeast Asia. Assist with contract management and performance monitoring.
- Product Development: Aid in the product development process by gathering market data, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the development of new product lines.
- Quoting and Cost Analysis: Help prepare detailed quotes for customers and clients, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Assist in analyzing cost structures and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and quality standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all international shipments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, quality control and accounting, to ensure alignment with international operations and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Relations, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in international operations, supply chain management, or a related role preferred.
- Skills: Strong understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, and supply chain processes. Proficiency in ERP and data management software. Proficiency with Microsoft applications with emphasis on Excel. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Authorized to Work: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
