Internal Communications Manager

The internal communications team is looking for an Internal Communications Manager who will play a key role in amplifying our communications strategy, strengthening employee understanding of our business, and fostering a culture of engagement.

This job is more than writing memos, creating power points, or running town halls. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Bring internal comms to life - Shape, support, and resource leaders and employees to tell stories that help everyone feel connected to Anduril’s mission and operations.
• Own storytelling - Work across teams to find the moments that matter and ensure employees see the impact of what we do highlighting the work we do, milestones, the people who do the work through high-quality materials - newsletters, emails, presentations, etc.
• Manage key channels - Oversee our internal communications ecosystem, from Slack and Confluence to newsletters and town halls.
• Be a strategic partner - Build relationships across Anduril to understand what teams needs, help leaders communicate effectively, and ensure the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time.
• Use data to drive impact - Measure the effectiveness of our internal channels and messaging, providing insights that help refine our approach and enhance employee understanding.
• Think creatively - Push boundaries in how we communicate. Experiment with new approached, stay ahead of best practices, and drive internal communications in unexpected ways.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 4-6 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling experience.
• Strong experience managing multiple internal communications channels (email, Slack, Confluence, etc).
• An ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and sound judgement, with experience handling confidential information.
• A flexible, solutions-oriented mindset - you adapt quickly and thrive in ambiguity.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
